With the draw power Seraph has you can easily get away with having just one and still getting it when you need to. The real issue is having your Seraph get banished and being left without a wincon, so if your deck is pure Seraph you could have a second one.

You can get away with 2, but Odin is a problem. If you get Odin'd too much, play 3. It depends on what you encounter. I think 2 is ideal in a perfect world where nobody plays Odin/Petrif/etc.

Yeah, we've hit it. Rahab counters the need to vomit board when our hand is getting thin. Pucewyrm's another remove/evo trade or die card that covers the hellflames. Aina's face that leaves a better body than forte so everything can't get wiped out with 1 tempest. Nests will pop, giving the nudge we need and band-aiding the aggro dmg.
Seacraft got Aina for that burst while our board is up as well as the split threat from pucewyrm and a leviathan. Nereid lets us actually play neptune on curve as well as sucking them into a trade whirlpool from which they can be outvalued through subsequent neirid/queen/neptunes interspersed with demonic simalacrum and grea recharges
Plus neirid generates 2 much needed bodies for draconification and wyrm spire if you still want your cheap effects from shit like scyther/tamer/lizard/masamune/breathe/ivory/etc but don't want them to be such dead draws late. Not to mention zell after the olivia drops.
I don't think they'll be tier 2 simply because there's decks in our archetype that have simply been around longer getting more stuff
Carrot is great for dragon. We often have janky hands so filler is great. We don't have a good draw situation.
Save for TotG if it has powercreep you need, otherwise RoB/DE for cards you want. You'll get standard from dailies and eternal arena

It seems like it would hurt you more than anything in the long run, especially for control. It would solve a situational bricking issue, but why would you not just fill that card slot with a card that you could play early anyway

She's good with a cavalier. You can drop a full board with 2 2's or drop a leviathan/lightning behemoth. Then next turn you can ping/sieg/hunt whatever they traded into 3/4 of your board and serpent's force with a survivor for huge face
