Alright you shitty meme general, I'm going to take advantage of this ancient thread to rant a bit, because I resumed my first playthrough of this game that I started forever ago, and now I remember why I dropped it and don't play VNs in general. Hisao is such a fucking dumbass, holy shit. Is this the dense harem protag stereotype I've heard about? His lack of tact when handling delicate situations is really grating and I must have autism of the highest caliber because it's legitimately making me want to not finish. I'm on Emi's route and just finished the scene where you go to her house and have lunch with her and her mom, and Hisao presses her about her dad and of course fucks shit up. How it's not obvious to Hisao that the dad is dead is beyond me, and even if it's not who uses the term "lie in the grave" so casually? That is not a normal figure of speech but hey I guess the writer of the route had to create tension somehow or it wouldn't be interesting. But seriously, I was really immersed in the characters and story but this shit always breaks it. Make sure to like and subscribe to my blog.
