I was literally about to post a new thread, glad I refreshed the catalog one more time before hitting submit.

I just got up. Why the fuck did it take three fucking hours? Why does nobody ever make a new thread when we hit page 10?

Here we go

If you could only get one Zelda amiibo which one would you get?
Im debating on which one to buy

Majora's Mask one tho it hasn't been announced yet.. The armor look cool as hell

There hasnt been amiibo announcements in a while right
Where could this one be released? Maybe when the DLC pack 1 drops?
I might wait for it then

Might as well get the Pixel because it looks cool and comes with Sword.

Does the throw have a beam like the master sword? If not you should get your money back for that amiibo :^)

Based on looks I'd get the guardian and touch up the paint job myself (why are the legs flesh-coloured?). For rewards I'd get smash zelda for the bow of twilight.

Reminds me of homosuck music. Which is not a bad thing at all since it reminds me of clark powell's style and not toby fox's. Example:
youtube.com/watch?v=ktuDYYtbs2s

Actual best in the game is corrupted naydra's theme
youtube.com/watch?v=r7eJ1jRn0wg

>no original shield because can't have crosses anymore

And it would be perfectly fine, nobody cares if you shit on christians, its the muslim crap what you have to be careful about now.

No beam :( but it looks cool

>Not Rito Village
Do you even WW?
youtube.com/watch?v=7QZ1MV_Au44

...

Hyrule Warriors teaches us you can have crosses, you just gotta stylize them.

>Do you even WW?
No, it's my least favourite in the series in almost every regard (I've heard SS is even worse but I've never played it so I don't have an opinion)

The amiibo has the cross in the shield though

I wish the amiibo outfits didn't take a gorillion Star Fragments to upgrade. Have you guys had any luck with the full moon thing?

I want to see some porn of Sidon fucking either Mipha or a random zora girl half his size.

youtube.com/watch?v=2NqO4BdIWnY

chills every time

The first time I heard Kass playing I looked around and didn't see anyone, it was high in the mountains of Faron and there was a small sunny green grass patch with flowers and I thought it was just music unique to that very small area for some reason. Felt pretty atmospheric.

Pretty sure it was right by the blood moon shrine, which I've since opened.

>It's another "let's mindlessly hate Wind Waker" episode
If you had said Phantom Hourglass I would've understood. Maybe even TP (though I wouldn't agree) and SS is really bad

To be fair, there are a lot of reasons to dislike Wind Waker over the other games, even SS.

Skyward Sword was a whole other low for the series

I like this more tho

I love SS
These posts are just useless though just randomly spouting your opinion like anyone cares

>just randomly spouting your opinion like anyone cares
You mean like how people are doing with WW? :^)

Oh and it's 2h sword

What full moon thing?

>mindlessly
No, my hate for it is pretty thought-out actually and not based on the initial wave of hate for it, either. I didn't actually play it until the HD remaster and was appalled with how awful it is, and this was going in hoping it would be good because I had heard a positive review of it from someone that normally did not like Zelda (which I guess should have been a tip-off, since I normally like Zelda) and who compared it to Assassin's Creed 4 for the open-world sailing aspect (which I enjoyed in that game because it was actually done right).

The music and sound direction marked a sharp decline in that regard which, to be fair, has persisted through subsequent titles, so that's not unique to WW. While some facets of it were nice, the artstyle really isn't for me, but that's a small thing since the graphics aren't bad in a way that impedes gameplay. The dungeons are par for the course for the series, but shorter and with generally much easier puzzles. Even combat is easier, when combat was never the focus and was always easy to begin with. Even with the magic sail that I know wasn't in the original release the vast majority of your time is spent sailing, doing literally fucking nothing but listening to one of the worst tracks in the game (oh right, and running over rupee barrels for five rupees at a time, which is great because you're gonna need a lot of fucking rupees, since it is literally Worthless Padding: the Zelda). Outside of Medli there was also a phenomenal lack of any likeable characters.

I can say a few nice things about it but apart from "it's still basically a playable Zelda game" the good things about it are like BotW's flaws, insignificant. It's satisfying to cut grass, faces are very expressive, it's neat that you can pick up enemies' weapons.

You're right though, I forgot PH which is even worse and which I have played (though not to completion).

What us the sword in the middle?

Artstyle is a matter of taste and I wouldn't slam you for it, though I really like it. Dungeon design could be better, true, but I like the new things added with items such as Deku Leaf and the songs. Combat is fine, in my opinion, but they could have nerfed parry/press A to win; I personally love the Darknut fights in WW. Great Sea isn't mindless and the one island per square works in the game's restrictions (considering this is originally a GC game). I like the shift in sound, I think it works on the ambience and atmosphere of WW, but I can understand why someone might dislike it, especially if the world building didn't satisfy.

I respect you for raising up your objections in an orderly fashion, even if I mostly disagree with it. GG user, but how dare you say Makar is unlikeable

Ganondorf's Sword from TP.
You get it from the Ganondorf amiibo

Holding ZL+ZR+A then tap X will make you dismount and instantly mount your horse, refilling its stamina bar to the max.
Be sure to have at least 1 spur before holding A or you will fall off your horse (at least with wild horses).

Damn. Thats the only one i didnt get an amiibo card for

>Slaughter Silver Lynels left and right
>Find a shooting star before I get a lynel to drop one.
This is going to take a while.

Sidon is for ________!

Sword of the six sages

Is the biggoron sword amiiboo only too?

Asking to wingman me with his sister

>but how dare you say Makar is unlikeable
He's just completely bland and unmemorable.

What I can tell you about Medli:
She's a member of an avian humanoid race that has not yet gained the ability to fly freely, who has been training to be a priestess to speak to and convey the will of her people's god, a dragon atop a volcano. This god recently has become irate, however, causing complications for her. She is extremely determined to be helpful and polite and to solve rather than cause problems to the point that she will immediately forgive you for slamming her head into a wall repeatedly when you're supposed to be helping her reach a distant ledge. She also plays a harp.

What I can tell you about Makar:
He disobeys the deku tree and gets fucked up as a result. He's a bit of a crybaby. He plays a cello made out of a leaf.

Yep Link OOT one (60dmg with attack up)

Is there any way to get rid of the construction workers in front of my house after buying it?

They'll go to the wedding and then come back to your house forever if you talk to them afterward

Do the tarrey town quest. After they go there for the wedding don't talk to them in tarrey town.

Tarrey town is on a plateau in akkala, with a natural bridge leading to it from the surrounding area.

You can break down any character to their most defining moments in the game to serve a narrative faggot
>plays the harp and prays to a dragon for her people. Also cant fly properly yet.

Makar plays the harmony for the traditional song koroks use to get Deku Tree seeds and spread them through the corners of the Great Sea. His skill on his playing is crucial on getting the seeds and fulfilling the role his whole species plays. It's implied they NEED to do this to increase forested areas and get nutrients; basically to be able to survive. The pressure of being responsible for everyone makes him lash out at the Deku Tree and put everyone in peril. He knows what he did is wrong and does his best to fix his mistakes when he gets chewed out by his people and tries to keep his optimism even though the responsabilities keep piling on his little wood lap. He's adorable and his child-like innocence is very reminicent of the kokiri of old. Also, he kills on that fucking cello.

You're right about Medli though, she's awesome

I don't suppose that the zelda amiibos drop her outfits? If they're going to have crossdressing in the game, they might as well go all the way with it.

The most you get is shiekah's hood

Max you get is Twilight bow on Smash Zelda and Cat Link's shield on Tetra, also Sheik's Hood

>Cat Link
I don't recall that ever being an outfit Link had, and I doubt looking up that combo will bring up anything not on deviantart.
Twilight Bow is pretty decent, though, isn't it?

Toon Link has cat-like eyes. C'mon user, this joke is really old by now

It's not THAT bad, but it was a glaring sign 3D Zelda needed to change.

And change it has.

>Toon Link has cat-like eyes
And the 3 mouth. He was clearly stylised to look like a cat deliberately. In BotW have Link jump onto and grab a smooth vertical surface. The sound he makes and what he does when he slides down is the strongest evidence yet that BotW is in the Adult timeline :^)

So they can have multiple stats at 5.
But it seems like that the total limit is 13, or did anyone get something higher?

Now the hunt for 5 speed and 5 stamina begins.

>Do Zora love letter quest
>Letter goes over the first waterfall
>Lands on top of a fucking Hyrule Bass.
>The bass died and the container broke.

tfw no horse that even has more than 3 speed, the only horse stat I give a shit about

Well what other timeline could it possibly be down? My headcanon is the Four Sword was destroyed with Ganondorf still inside, and it fucked him up fierce.

Strongest evidence/least contradictions are for adult timeline for sure but it's obviously either a convergence or they're finally eschewing the split timeline (assuming it was ever canon to begin with, the HH reads like fanfic and the recent lorebook that was released retcons a shitload of what was in the HH with shit that sounds even more like fanfic), there's ample evidence for all three.

I first found him on the rock in the Necluda coast. I didn't expect him to show up again and sing about rings and shit.

How do you like your bananas /lozg/?

I hate bananas!

Don't forget about the Tetraforce:
▲ ▲
▲ ▲

Begone Yiga scum!

But they good

...

Man, the lack of answers makes me wish there was a full on Sheikah dungeon that explored what warped Ganon so badly. Anything that could make him less of a schmuck.

Imagine if Zelda had been a ruse, and Calamity Ganon had you fight the blights because chunks of his power lied within them, as trapped as the champions, and the voice of Zelda had been him all along

Surf's up dude

I prefer armor buffs, I can play like a retard and bruteforce stuff.

Just play a bit more, you'll be getting 4-4-5 all the time. Basically every non-spotted horse.

A ruse within a ruse wrapped in deceit
The madman

Zelda is my mom

MY MOM

user, I am your father *breathe*

I likewise would've liked if the whole purpose of the underground arena was to stop the divine beasts from blasting him. How the fuck can they lock onto him? Giant beam or no the targetting laser surely needs line of sight.

Imagine if the damage the beams dealt actually showed on Hyrule Castle and in the end cutscene it finally collapses for good. Missed potential.

this game would either get ripped to shreds or prayed to high heaven if Zelda was dead and all you have of her are memories and it's revealed that not only are the Champions dead but you killed them with your own hands. This Link would end up more broken than the Hero's Shade

I want to fight the Hero's Shade so I can dismember him and whack him with his own flailing arm

This was actually fun.

I WANT TO FUCK FI

>Blood Moon Triggers
>Rush off to a spot with good respawning weapon
>Cutscene plays
>Item hasn't refreshed

So I guess I was dealing with a Blood Moon glitch eh? Anybody ls had an experience like this?

So I got this side quest to kill 2 guardians, and I actually did it. Hiding behind guardian corpses while using the Master Sword ranged attack.

Now my question is, are the drops always this bad? It's the same as when you loot dead guardians.

Enter a shrine and exit; if you're too close, some things don't respawn immediately

Blood Moons don't respawn gear

weapons respawn on a timer, not bloodmons

They aren't monsters

You sometimes get cores. Kill the legs they drop loot too.

Same as shops, blood moon doesn't restock them.

>Kill the legs they drop loot too.
I didn't knew you could kill the legs, nice.
Shame it doesn't weapons or money.

She doesn't even need to be dead imo. If her real voice was old and she was Impa/10 when rescued I would've dug that too.

>save Hyrule's heir
>she's so old restoring Hyrule with her is hopeless
>Ganon wins, even in death

>So I got this side quest to kill 2 guardians, and I actually did it. Hiding behind guardian corpses while using the Master Sword ranged attack.

Dude if you have the master sword just run to to them, maybe stasis, and go for the legs and face afterwards, it's the easiest shit ever

See and also you get a lot more than you do from dead guardians, and you need an assload of materials if you want ancient gear (which is absurdly good). Also the easiest way to kill them, and one of the quickest, is to just parry the laser. Get close to them, raise your shield, wait for their eye to flash blue as the laser comes out and hit A (while still blocking), it three-shots walking guardians and one-shots the ones that have no legs.

Completely untrue.

Go find any respawning weapon on the night of the blood moon. Grab it before midnight and as soon as the cutscene triggers, you can grab it again.

Except for when dealing with this situation apparently. I'll try what this guy suggested

>Only memories I'm finding are about Zelda being mean to Link or annoying

Another option is ancient arrows, or multibows to the eyes. Ancient Arrows are lethal, and you can stunlock easy with even a duplex bow. Breaking a leg is also a stun.

Well, I know it's true for shops.

His is far better though.

Shops restock at midnight regardless of blood moons

I believe you when it comes to shops. But I've been grabbing items "twice in 1 minute" for quite awhile using the Blood Moon.

Great advice. I warped to a local spot and flew back in. Everything was as it was supposed to be.

The later memories are better between them, until the last ones that confirm that Zelda really wants to bounce on Link's Master Sword

That is definitely not true.
Not a single shop I visit has arrows on my save and I have encountered several blood moons and god know how many in-game days have passed.

Arrows don't stock quite so regularly. They really don't like it when you have nearly a hundred of every kind.

That explains it, maybe.
I've got like 300+ of every arrow but bomb and ancient.

the Kara Kara memory had her practically dripping and that was the 2nd one I got

I hate these limitations why can't I have shit tons of fairies in my inventory

Yeah. They don't let you continue to stack your stock. Not using the shops at least.

Because farming fairies is way too easy. Just run around waving your sword at grass for a bit and you'll find some.
