BMW vs Audi

Hey guys, I'm thinking of trading in my 2015 Mazda 3 Power Sense to get either an

2017 Audi A5 Sportback 1.4 Turbo FSI 150 hp Design edition OR

2016 BMW 520i Executive Sport 1.6 170 hp

The price is pretty much the same

Wat do?

Which one would yall pick and why?

Thanks.

Go with the Audi.

Go with the BMW.

Because of better mileage ?

BMW

5 series with a 1.6 liter engine? the fuck?
isn't that something available only in Greece and Turkey?

it's 2016

I'd look for something older with a better engine
And if the A5 drives like my A4 I'd take the bmw
Dunno if you can wait but I figure the F10 5-series will be cheaper once the G30 5-series rolls out later this month

Better interior and Audi is just an all round better brand than BMW, much higher quality.

>better brand than BMW
>rebadged boring Volkswagens with shit tier reliability
>cheaper cars than BMW in general
>'''''better''''
come back when Audi builds a proper driver's car

They seem pretty similar to me.

bamp

>520i
>1.6
Wat?

>Audi is just an all round better brand than BMW, much higher quality.
>VAG/rebadged Volkswagen better than anything ever

mercedes is better quality than BMW but audi is incomparable garbage.

Fuck me is that all that these cars make?
I mean my sisters shitbox kia makes 150hp

I mean for all that money I thought you'd be pulling at least 200, does it all go to the interior or something?

>40,000 dollar car
>FiST is faster
Wew my lad

>audifags unironically believe their upmarket VWs are comparable to/better than BMW, Mercedes or Lexus

Why are you buying these nice cars with completly gutless engines?

Well not even here,I think most 5 series come with a 3.0 liter engine.
t.Greekfag

hes a europoor who cant afford the higher trims and the crazy cost of gas over there

>driving a big car with a 4-cylinder
fuck off eurocuck. Get a twingo instead.

I'm going to be honest with you. This is not the place to come for this type of advice. I guarantee that most of the people here giving you advice have never driven either car. I haven't driven the 2 cars you mentioned. But what I can say is that "generally", Audi will have nicer interiors. But the BMW will drive better.

The decision will be easy once you get behind the wheel yourself.

Found the American

Audi. Better reliability and depreciation protection.

All that plastic and BMW still overweight lmao

If you are a manlet BMW fits well

Well considering the 1.6l 520 is only available in Greece or Turkey I think you should consider moving and making more money until you can afford atleast a 3l

Well I got my engine years wrong but seriously if yoy can't afford the bigger engine get a cheaper car.

>1.4 Audi crossover
>autotragic as well
literally lmaoing @ ur life

...

BMW if you want a drivers car (male)
Audi if you like looking at the interior (female)

Something about under 200hp on "premium" car sounds pretty dumb

Audi has the best interiors in the business but in the current generation BMWs are significantly more reliable.

I'd honestly probably get the Audi. At that hp level I think i'd prefer the fancy interior over BMW.

CHECKED

you're a faggot (yes homo)

...

Audis virtual cockpit is so sexy.

Unless you're buying a BMW with a straight-6, it's not a BMW.

Get the Audi.

Yeeeeeahh no. I was in the audi interior camp until the latest iteration.

EXTRA. FUCKING. VENTS.
ONE. I-PAD. PLEASE.

Looks great, dunno what you're on about.

>Lexus
Rebadged toyotas aren't better than rebadged VWs.

Bauhaus af

looks more like the difference between Americans and Eurocucks

>1.5L

>150hp audi a5
>180hp 5 series
Why?? For what purpose? If you don't care for driving, why not just get an accord with leather seats?

Neither of those is a good decision, buying new from BMW is probably the worst decision you can make due to the amount of depreciation that their cars go through. I assume the same for Audi but I don't have first hand expirience. You can very easily find low mileage 3 or 5 series for half the price of a brand new car, and in the case that they offer extended plans, BMW has in the past stood behind their product, my father's 2013 528i was purchased 30k miles from the dealer for just under 30k$ including an extended service plan, which ended up saving him 8k$ when a part of the transmission fucked up, and they serviced it despite it technically being past it's warranty, ended up only paying 50$ for the 1 week rental car. That being said, the Audi still might be cheaper to maintain if you plan on keeping the car for a long time.

but muh status symbol

that's what I came in here to ask

>the city nation state of yuropooria

>that entire interior

JUST
