You can still play the existing dragon decks. Seacraft got consistency, storm got a gigantic face from hand combo, flute got a win con and pressure without having to play their hand into a board clear, spire midrange got better, JO got a win con, everybody got draw, heal, value pressure, and ramp

Zell is on evolve, it's not a better Laura. Dragon can't get good cards. You'd need to evolve Zell, then it would be only 11 damage, what is worse than Urd + Forte.
