Literally every fight you'd have his 40% more than Anat, and on the Boss, you'd never go below 80 since you wouldn't bother with the temple.

you're probably nowhere near the point where you'd be starting to work on a class weapon, and you'll need mastery bonus eventually. plus, you're going to have to farm tons of creeds in the end anyway

Twin Elements is not a primal raid. It's a Tier 2 raid, which drop a weapon that has Primal and Magna (Ancient) variant. Some of them are pretty good.

Yeah, with an ideal primal grid, Agni Agni outdamages Agni Shiva, especially on element where you already get the elemental multiplier.

That said you're not always going to find MLB Agnis in the lists, and Shiva still remains really good forever, even if only for the call.
