>his only two gimmicks, his passive and his ult ghost, are extremely unbalanceable gimmicks responsible for his feast or famine playstyle and are generally unhealthy for the game

He's essentially a blank slate. his kit is totally boring vanilla except for 2 things, which are the two problems with him and inevitably won't survive the rework.
