This card flopped in hs against all but the slowest of decks. Will Ouroboros be any better?

Anub'arak is a good card stuck in a bad game. Ouroboros will see play as a 1-of or 2-of. Think of it as an Olivia.

Ouroboros actually kills things on fanfare and slows down the other guy's clock when killed, not to mention that SV is a slower game overall.

It flopped because it was in Rogue which had no (viable) control tools whatsoever.

Here's what I'm thinking lately with the new pack. A Dragon deck with no ramping aside from turn 5 Miko. Use egg, Rahab, unica, etc to stay alive until turn 5, then Sahaluci, then Ouroboros. Ramping is already very inconsistent and tends to fuck up your curve. I think you can get away with just the ONE ramp card, everything else focused on mitigation and stalling.

I think Aina is just dust. Not usable in face storm because you already have enough 6 drops, and other dragon decks don't maintain enough of their own board or an enemy board for her to ever get good attack.
