Cecilia hits 37 speed after hone cavalry and darting blow which still leaves her unable to double quite a few units.
In comparison, Ursula hits 44 speed with the same buffs. Plus, Cecilia has more well-rounded defenses. I'd personally use Ursula as the -blade tome user and Cecilia as the -raven tome user in a cav team.

You are assuming people will get hurt enough for him to actually warp. Also, Armads passive only works when over a % of Health and Sol requires him to combat. You have maybe one proc of Sol before Armads Passive gets turned off and from then it gets harder to proc.

Atleast 1/3rd of units he'll face are mages. Melee he just has to avoid being in hit range, which is fine. Archers are only real threat, along with distant counter melee. If the user is using his default attack skill, she should be able to hurt armors with that res based damage also. Would be cool if we got a magic-stat bow and a magic-stat shuriken weapon introduced into Heroes.
