Why do people misuse the term "tier 0" so badly? There's only ever been 1 case of tier 0 in this game, and it was pre Harvest/Home nerf PtP Elf (70% winrate). Nothing else even comes close. If you want to see what a real tier 0 format looks like, head over to YGO. Hell, Zoodiacs aren't even the worst case of tier 0. But, tier 0 in YGO/MTG isn't really that bad for the game, because techs and side decking actually exists in those games, rather than who draws into the broken shit first automatically winning.

Are you implying it's not balanced? Burn is broken as fuck in Eternal. Every fucking unga shit deck has the option of SCALABLE burn, so they can never be fucking ran over. Their early game is too strong, because they're an unga deck, and they have a late game that rival yours, because their burn spells deal as much damage to you as their mana, so a single top deck will gave you eating 10+ damage from hand at any time in the late game.

People haven't noticed it yet, but I think face dragon might benefit the most from it. If you think about it, Ouro's true value is realized if you empty your hand, so you always have something to play (him). Face dragon does this. They don't always get to turn 8, but they sometimes do, and demonic strike clearly has utility for a face deck.
I'm also starting to wonder if there might be potential for a mid-range deck with him and the low drops we got.
