The difference is that they can burn more consistently and seem to function more cohesively than the entire Red-eyes deck does.

Why? You have to use Prediction Princess cards and other goodstuff flip stuff to make them work.
And at that point you've already ran into the problem of how the Sub Terrors only serve to make the deck considerably worse than if you had excluded them.

They're simply sub-par flip monsters with sub-par support. A combination that's pretty terrible.
