Eh, Yea. Medic's good overall, while Engie CAN heal with his dispenser, it's unreliable. Engie isn't mean for healing. more so he's meant to be a bastion to push through with your power classes.

anyone else think vaccinator is extremelly underused? >bullet resistance makes headshots do 13 dmg >projectile resistance makes close range rockets/stickies do like 15 dmg >you are basically invincible against one type of damage its viable if you run it as a surprise if you are "that guy" that offclasses to spy every single match or just perma spy, the surprise wears off and you will have a hard time achieving anything with the class
