The reason why dragon lose to khawy is not because it kills the followers, but makes it heal the leader for 13 with bahamut or 7 with genesis. If you play with ouroboros and odin, you can avoid khawy healing the leader. Save odin for mordecai.

As long as you don't evolve ouroboros you are safe.

Hard removal, if it split within multiple bodies it will be somewhat decent.

Then you are never dropping Khawy, because Ouroboros will comeback every turn unless you give them a reason to Bahamut, what they will probably avoid doing because of Khawy himself. They will just keep clearing your board with a 10/6 Levi every turn.

Basically, it comes down to what you have on T5 VS what they have. Goblinmount isn't bad but it's not fantastic either - And if they just run DoD they can always just drop alberto 1 turn later, it's not like you can ward every turn.

The main issue in the matchup is that SahaLuci doesn't remove Alberto. That's fucking huge, and makes the advantage hugely in the sword player's favor.

Luna can't heal from ouroboros unless she drops nep or use khawy + soul conversion at 8pp. If you are playing dragon you want to play around it by not dropping a big fellower during their 8pp turn.

Of course if you don't have any odin you are fucked but you can use storm cards like forte as a finisher.

Have you even played the deck? consistency isn't the problem, the fact that it just gets DoD'd is the problem. getting 4 followers or amulets on board by turn 4 really isn't hard especially with phantom howl and voices of resenment
