but bass skills can't be transitioned to guitar

What do you do with maxed out 1* cards? Can you awaken them?

Only 3* and 4* can be awakened. I'm only keeping 1* for getting band EXP and for the interactions mid and after songs.

Is my score on multi live based on my main team, my single unit or the multiplay team?
I always seem to get a lower score even tho i run a 4* and some other guy is only with a 3*.
My unit is not maxed out tho but the difference is too high.

Maybe? If you're dead set on rerolling until you get her 4* you might as well wait. Starting now will give you at least one account with more Stars hoarded and you can git gud in the meantime, but you'll probably end up having to re-roll anyway.
