It's been pretty hard to decide for me. I think I'll grind it after I'm done with the necessities like BM, DC and Excal for my damage dealers. Then the ring of lucii before ribbons and Soluna Rings for my healer.

It's still 25% chance to dodge at the very least if you equip it on Noctis, added to his base dodge chance. It'll increase his survivability by a lot.
Or you can equip it on your healer but my Tilith will have one Soluna Ring and one Ribbon already.

Pretty much the only other thing I'd be okay with his Noel's BSB, which is why I probably will pass for now. Hope's BSB2 would just be 10 more MAG to me since I already have his OSB and BSB1. I'd pretty much never use Vanille's USB because I have her BSB.
I have a similar conundrum with Firion's BSB, but at least I'll see the fest banners before that's over.

The Tactics event coming out soon-ish has a 6-hit Lightning Machinist ability that's pretty cool I guess.
None of the abilities coming out in the next month or so are very interesting. The Witch skills are weak and there's a 5* Darkness Drain spell that no one will ever use.
