Are the contents of treasure map chests affected by your class/equipment? I've been unlocking treasure chests on my magdk, trying to get dragonguard items for my dk tank, and I've been getting mostly stendarr's and fjord items. I opened a few on my dk tank, and I've been getting mostly dragonguard armor (no weapons yet).

the armored guy can cast a shield too, doesn't have to spam them to stay alive so he can do something useful like taunting/applying debuffs, has resistances on top of that and isn't totally useless once he runs out of ressources
you have to be massively overleveled with great equipment to make it work, which is not the case of 99% of the people doing

Rawl and Elden Root for AD Daggerfall and Wayrest for DC Mournhold and ? for EP? I can't figure out which is supposed to be the other good locale for EP zones, it's certainly not windhelm even though you'd think windhelm would be a good spot considering how close the stores are to the waypoint.

Technically they all happen after the main plot, but only really IC acknowledges it very much. Orsinium has a half-built Dolmen where some worm cultists labor to bring "him" back, but that's just a world boss, not some grand quest. DB and TG just kinda ignore it aside from Raz greeting AD players as if they'd finished the AD storyline.
