no one knows for what reason the loading screen actually crashes/kicks a good chunk of people. It's believed that the cause is related to to the animated loading character but no one knows for sure.
regardless, there is an actual tool that removes the screen and the animation.

I was thinking about trying out the game and was curious if it's mostly soloable or party heavy.

99% of dungeons are party play

levelling is all solo
endgame is mostly party content in groups of 4, 6 or 24
there's an in game queue system so you don't have to have friends to enjoy the game's PvE shit
