The CE is also worse than the Jeanne Alter CE from Christmas.
Sure you get 5% more to crit and NP damage, but who would sacrifice 50% NP gauge for that? Even the servants with the best NP gains would still benefit more from the NP gauge bonus, unless it's Jack in some extremely drawn out fight where you lose the gauge bonus at the beginning anyway.

Let's be realistic considering DW's jewing. We have the 4 from Shinjuku + the 3 main ones we already know the designs of, if you include Musashi as an EoR servant. So it's entirely possible they'll only show 4 "new" servants.

It's not just alt outfits though, their saint graphs were altered to give them all new powers and abilities. That's entirely different versions of themselves. Saber alter is closer to being an alt costume of blue saber at that rate.
