I sure as hell wouldn't want to give up a turret for that tumor of an E4. The fact you can bully tier 7's and still compete comfortably with tier 10's makes tier 9 one of the comfiest tiers.

The E4 doesn't really have a lot going for it. The gun works, but there's been more than a few instances where I've shot at the turret and got through, never mind the mini-turret
