In Alberta rust destroys cars pretty quickly and most people make enough to buy or lease new so there's not too many old shitboxes left.
Older Nissan's and Toyota's are popular with the immigrants. New Kia's and Hyundai's are the most popular followed by the Cruze then all the other shitboxes in that segment. Shitboxes only make up about 80% of traffic. The other 80 is trucks and crossovers.
