You find the bug in the fungus area.
There's a secret room behind the dashmaster shrine.
The bug later moves into Dirtmouth.
You get that particular piece of dialogue when you dream nail it.

It's the beetle you can rescue from the Fungal Wastes. Initially she acts like a fangirl for you until (or if) you save Zote twice and beat him in the Arena, then he spouts some shit about you being a villain and cucks you. Not worth it honestly.
Myla and Hornet are better bugs.
