No.

Too many miles.

Are you high? Disabled or just stupid?
It's good

I'm actually a 3.9GPA Rhode's Scholar.

And 150,000 miles for a Ford that isn't a Panther platform is nil.

>Rhode's Scholar.

Prove it, post roads.

Ok, let's backtrack a bit.

How much do they want for it, OP?

Not looking at one in particular, found a few within 200 miles of me, ranging from, on average, 120k - 170k miles and $3k - $6k.

as long as you don't mind that it drives like an old truck

Is it lifted like that of fairly stock? What engine is in it? 150k miles wouldn't scare me at all (I've never owned a vehicle with such low mileage, put 483k on my GMC). If it is lifted like pic related, I'd be concerned about handling. Trucks (long or tall) honestly suck to deal with around town, commuting, etc. I never realized how big my C1500 long box was until I moved 'down' to a minivan, and could actually do a u-turn at typical intersections. And the mileage isn't to be great.

Considering the Bronco is one of the least reliable Fords ever made (yes faggot, it's true), you'd be a fool to think you could DD one without problems.

My cousin had a 1993, bought it brand new, had nothing but problems from Day 1. Sold it after 5 years of headaches. They were very capable, but horrendously unreliable trucks.

They're a project vehicle and a collector's item at this point, they'd do well with good swap and ALL of the electrical replaced.

Huh, one of the professors at my school is a Bronco collector, has a '75 and two Bronco II's, told me he used to have a 93 Full Size, all he had to say about it is that he didn't like how much bigger it was than his classic and II's, but that it was very reliable and generally bulletproof. I've honestly never read anyone shit talk it for reliability issues.

How is a Bronco worse than same gen F-150?

It's not, ignore him.

Ok. I trust you.

I've only ever heard of how unreliable they are. It's a common issue of contention, because the F150s of the era weren't terribly unreliable. People just couldn't understand how something, which was basically a re-wrapped F150, could be so starkly different in terms of build quality.

Not to mention they had bodyrot like the fuckin Tin Man. Of course all Fords of that era had some serious rot issues, but Broncos seemed to do it even worse.

You're bound to find people who preach the quality and good experiences of any car, even total shitboxes like Sunfires or Cavaliers.

For every one person you find who sings the praises of a Bronco, you'll find 10 who tell you it's shit.

They're awesome looking trucks and I've love to own one as a collector vehicle, but I'd need to set aside about $40,000 for it. $15-20,000 to buy it, and another $20,000 to replace its guts.

Don't Broncos get like 8mpg? Why would anybody want that as a DD

...

Not everyone is poor and drives more than 10miles a day.

Because they aren't a fucking loser. Sometimes it's okay to burn a little more gas to have some fun.

Ford magic. They can take two vehicles with seemingly identical properties and make one immensely worse than the other.

How can Mazda make the 323 and reach rather good reliability levels, while the same Ford Escort is a piece of fucking garbage?

There will always be fanboys, and it's at your own peril that you listen to them. This cunt doesn't know what he's talking about, but if you want a moneypit then buy a Bronco. I'm actually trying to offer you solid advice, whereas he would see you relegated to some white trash faggot in a rusted shitbox that keeps you poor forever.

OP Here, thoughts on this ad in particular? Probably the best one I've found, considering making an offer on it.

>someone is challenging my smalltown ideas of American automakers
>better queue LE AUTISM shitposting

wow that was sooner than I expected, I guess everything is just "autistic" if it doesn't align with your shitbrained view of the world?

>odometer: 1,260,000

kinda high mileage 2bh

Should be some kind of record.

-truck is perfect
-everything works
-no rust
-mint perfect supreme

>but I'm only asking $4,000 for it

There's a reason this is so cheap OP. He wants a quick sell, either because he owes money or because he's put too much money in it, and it's a ticking timebomb.

You'd be wise to do an OBD check, if you have an OBD-1 scanner.

>LIFTED
>MUD TIRES
>21 YEARS OLD
>$4K
>FORD

What could go wrong.

Me again, disregard this I suck cocks HAHA

Yeah, I'd get the guy to agree to let me take it to a mechanic for a prepurchase inspection if I end up getting all my shit together and going for it, gonna try and find one nearby that has some sort of specialty in Fords or F-150's. If the guy refuses, then that's probable cause to assume some sort of hidden mechanical fault regardless.

>nah man I can't I need a quick sell see I'm moving yo
>dude I can't have some guy just poking around doing stuff what if he wrecks it on his lift dude
>man it's solid you don't even need to worry bro
>tell you what I got a bud he's a mechanic he can come by and tell you everything he's a solid guy man seriously he didn't even rape that girl she said she was 18 bro seriously dog

Broncos are very reliable vehicles.
Most people who buy them actually USE them for what they were intended- so they require maintenance.

Looks good desu
