How are MR platforms gay?

refer to If 50/50 can be achieved with FR, why bother making the engine so hard to get to?
Why deal with not having room for turbo and other mods?
Ideal distribution is a rear bias
50/50 isn't perfect, it's a meme for easily controllable
>not having room for turbo or mods
Pretty much the I know nothing about mr2's the post
forum.autosportlabs.com
the mr2 is in essence a compromised design, they wanted to make rear-drive sports car without building a new chassis or driveline so they popped the transverse engine in the back and made a pretty cool car out of it
with that said the other guy is right in that 50:50 is not actually the perfect weight distribution that is constantly claimed that's really more of a marketing meme than a reality
>he doesn't procharge his AW11
Are you a massive retard? Cooling concerns I can understand, but hard to get to? How is the engine harder to get to in the middle than at the front? Also there have been MR turbos so I'm not really sure where you're going with that one either. The engine bay is as big as they design it.
That engine bay is extremely cramped, I'd rather work on an FR car with tons of room around the sides.
No shit you can make it all fit, but why constrain yourself and make it hard?
>How is the engine harder to get to in the middle than at the front
....
I've worked on porches and Ferraris, it's 10x more difficult to work on an MR car than FR.

doesn't look like he had a rollcage...perhaps.
