A +def neutral HP *5 Henry has 45 HP and 35 defense as a mage along with wielding Defiant Attack 3 by default for 42 defense total. If you slap Seal Attack for his B skill and Threaten Res for his C skill... he turns into one scary wall, a mage will kill him easily though and he'll always be doubled due to low speed, thus you want him to be -spd.
