Honest question here, why do Euro companies seem to hate pickup trucks? The Japanese make pretty decent trucks, but IMO I mostly prefer American trucks (Titan with the Cummins is cool though), but Euro manufacturers just don't seem to want to enter the pickup truck market.

A LOT of trucks nowadays are the fancy, 70k trucks, so why wouldn't Euro companies want to cash in on the truck market?
