I almost never build much, since I'm just using worlds and characters to amass every item in the game (with a matching character called 'The Archiver'). Problem is, I've lost the will to keep track of what items I have and/or need since there's no fucking checklist ingame. I just keep looping through new characters, getting partway through hardmode, then 'archiving' the contents of that character/world and starting again.
