Well it's nothing what i Expected.
I thought i get another bunch of side quests will have to grind every single weapon in the game, bust my ass for week grinding shit and then get my anus raped by some secret boss that one shots me when the screen is black and credits are rolling.
And i heard someone moan they got raped harder than in D3.
Is all of that shit in the sidequest?
Is E not the TRUE ending?

There's also Ending Y, for which you do need all the weapons fully upgraded. It really isn't that difficult, but it's still important as a side-story.

I think fast travel's executed a bit differently in how it allows them to continue with the current stream of consciousness, while 9S's deaths were basically taking out a separate pre-saved personality to return to factory settings.

I've consumed media and fiction all my life, played and watched more stuff that I can count to the point of becoming completely cynical and practically unable to be impressed by anything.

A few things managed to make me tear up before, Automata straight up made me break down crying like a little bitch by the end. Like someone had punched me right in the feelings.

There's really nothing else to this post. I've just felt like absolute shit for the past two days. I still randomly tear up a bit whenever I think about it like some dumb teenage girl who got dumped by her boyfriend.

I'm not sure how to deal with this.

I got physical chills during the section where you clear out the village. I feel a bit of a faggot even typing this out but man no other game I've played has ever elicited such a strong response from me. I'm really glad to have played it.

It honestly seems like 2/3 get the feels kicked out of them this time around and the other 1/3 is entirely uneffected.

The reason I didn't feel a thing was because nothing in the game is new or unique and has been done elsewhere as this trope is one of, if not the most overdone trope in sci-fi.

That and I'm not a 15 year old that cries over robots dying because the game told me to.

I enjoyed Automata and even felt something a little, maybe my eyes got a little wet. And the ending felt very healing and nice. I had a warm fuzzy feeling playing that danmake with shit saying "Dont give up Skeleton"
