if it's like in oea, with the ticket you make a character that's max level. you are sent to an arena where you get an skippable brief tutorial on how that class works, then gives you item bundles with items you should have at that level and allows you to set up your stats and skills. after that you are sent to town.

Apparently transmute cost for SPTS is now only 15g and the mats required have been halved. I'm not sure if the success rate will be increased too.

I think that's more or less it, there are more shit, but they are all worthless shit that most know about now.
They didn't talk about: the new skill tree (will have another stream on the 6th), if the toi badges will be updated like they recently were in KR, the insta lv50.
