DW3's dub was so bad it turned into comedy. I just have a person aversion to dubs ever since Tales of Eternia on the PS1.

Samurai Warriors 4 Empires is kind of neat, if feeling a little soulless. Playing through it is a combination of quick, and grindy. Easy to win batttles, just takes a long ass time.

I really hated the battle of jian ye in DW4, the one where you fight an army of sun jian clones and then the sun family take command one by one as you kill them.

It's just hard to say since there are plenty of stages that are just reallly boring. The SW1 castle stages were probably the worst, though. They did a crappy job trying to work them into the normal stages in later games, too.

Quite simple, just get his relationship value up till it hits "Soulmate" (the current cap), and you get the item needed to build it. heck, it was buildable in the DEMO if all things!

Movement in toukiden seems super limited. That might be because i'm not very far in, or might be because I'm used to devil may cry sorts of games rather than monster hunter sorts of games.

i thought he sounded like a total geek, but it didn't take me out of the action. What did that was hearing Shinji voice a generic panicking private every time something bad happens in a battle. Or Jiraiya as Ling Tong, but ling tong is one of the better Wu characters, so it's alright.

Well, yeah, the one thing the Tokugawa did that probably hurt Japan the most was closing the country for so long. Nobunaga seemed pretty tolerant towards foreigners, which would have made things different while he was still alive. It's hard to tell how long that would have lasted though, since once the charismatic leader died, the Oda's rule didn't really seem like it would keep going smoothly even without the mutiny.

Toukiden 2 must be the most generous game when it comes to its demo. I wish that more games are like this instead of cockblocking the player before they even get to fight the first boss monster.

I'm playing SW4E on Nightmare for the first time.
Is there a reason that officers have super armor on attacks? Even if there are no formation or tactical buffs active, and we're on neutral ground outside a base, if I hit an enemy officer after he has started attacking, he doesn't flinch unless I hit him with a charge attack.
Also, now that there's only one enemy clan left, any officer who isn't Elder rank or above dies in three hits. I feel like there's a lot to how ATK/DEF are calculated beyond in-battle buffs and what's listed on the stat screen.

Does DLC count? If so, Guan Yu's escape. Or Lu Bu's story last stage and Zhang Jiao's stage.

One non-DLC stage that kind of fits the criteria is the first stage for Zhong Hui's rebellion, the one with Wen Yang and Deng Ai. But like Lu Bu's final stage you have to progress through the map.

Kind of wish there's a stage like the bonus WO3U Itsukushima stage I mentioned just now or 7's final Conquest Mode stage where everyone goes straight for your ass. I got like 10000 KOs in the former.

In Zhang Jiao's stage, at the stairway in the eastern part of the map, there is an infinite respawn of tons of troops. I usually rack up kills there when I'm bored and you can get to 9999 kills in about 20 mins or so.

The last DLC map, Battle Royal that uses the Chang'aan map which is kinda similar to guan yu's escape where you need certain time + amount of ko to kill all officers. Unless your Lu Bu / Zhang Jiao, you may have a hard time killing all those officers.

It should be an evasion skill for a healing mitama in the middle slot. It gives you a health jump if you get put near death, but of course it's on a rather long cooldown so don't rely on it.
