YT search "dva ult locations". They take a while to go through but they're pretty worth it.
Also, try to combine it with someone's else ult, for example when the enemies are caught in a Graviton Surge or something.
And finally, try to use it when there's the most mayhem and enemies are distracted by other more immediate attacks or players.
