Me on the right

really makes you think

>there is zero point to adhering or valuing concepts if they aren't grounded by an eternal god figure who exists in a perfect world of immaterial autism

>This thread again
Dont you ever get tired?
Its sad that any discussion of religion on this board is cancer.

Divorce and child support in the united states is currently in a horrific state. Russian mail order brides divorce less than anerican women. I wouldnt be proud of that.

This is why history and humanities should be 2 different boards. We should write a fucking petition or something, these 2 boards together aint fucking working

>views the bible as a weapon and intellectual discourse as a battle

Very telling of this man's psychology.

Divorce rates are artificially inflated by people that get multiple divorces.

And of creationists in general.

...

>he doesn't view intellectual discourse as a battle
Fag.

>he considers fag an insult

It's like you don't even suck dick.

I think stats would show that what you said isn't that much of a component to the overall problem and you are stupid for citing a small group of repeat offenders.

Getting dressed in the morning must be a battle for you then

Prove it.

Divorce rates have been steadily dropping.

David removed all of his armor before his battle with Goliath.

i dont think he knows what "evidence" means

That ain't the only thing.

Always love when that picture is reposted.

Yes.

This is due to fewer people getting married. Single motherhood is still on the rise amongst all races in the United States and I would argue that single motherhood is far worse than divorce.

>sneaking abortion in as if its a co equal to homosexuality, pornography and divorce

wew lad

degradation of civil rights and natural law is not humanism

Here's a more updated version.

atheists and theists are both complete retards

where's the "man cannot know truth" option

gnosticism vs discordianism is the next step in theological enlightenment

the retards atheists & theists will be left behind

This sums up their thoughts on the matter.

Gonna need a source on that one m80

secularism is a failed experiment. It neuters itself and encourages values that do not perpetuate itself. If all the humanists opt of reproduction while Christians stay fruitful, who will have the last laugh?

Hey, I have that choker, in three colors.

>man cannot know truth
Is this true?

>This is due to fewer people getting married.

Divorce statistics don't work that way, moron.

idk d00d

>I don't know
Is it true that you do not know?

idk

>it's an "eeeevile darwinists" episode

That’s because religion is usually pitted against something else. Mostly evolution or atheism.
Why anons constantly feel the need to “prove” their religion is right and science is wrong is beyond me. Religion and science should not be set opposite like this. They are two completely different ways of viewing the world and as such incompatible.

You can’t prove religious claims in a scientific manner and scientific claims should not be taken on faith.

>VOTE to implement rule #3 from Veeky Forums om this board: No "religion vs. science" threads.

This cartoon would be far more accurate if all the balloons with the same words on them were on the castle full of priests, and they were shooting their own island and blaming the adjacent castle while they were just kind of chilling around.

The fucking pope kisses refugee feet, you can't call us degenerate anymore

I will also say, pornography, homosexuality and abortion are all great trademarks of the west and there's nothing wrong with them

>pornography
money making
propaganda tool

>abortion
keeps the number of brown people and russians in check

>homosexuality
artificial creation of a worldwide ruling class loyal to the west

In fact if we want to keep prevailing we should definitely not go back to silly ideas of morals, we should actually go even further in the capitalism, individualism, materialism of the west. Because this is what makes the west great. Prove me wrong.

>2001
>learning Biology in college
>Intelligent Design "debate" in full swing
Those were some trying times, t's nice to see this.

somebody post the Calvin and Hobbes strip where Calvin treats a discussion like a football match. I can't find it.

Anyone?

when was this made? the 90's or the 00's?

Originated in the 70s or 80s, but has been updated since. I think the new incarnation has a missle-stopping device, like this.

Americans value ignorance to a degree that it permeates into their religion.

I'd think anyone believing in intelligent design wouldn't get near any college level biology course

Usually at least one or two science courses are required for degrees. So some people pick biology, others choose physics and get mad when the big bang is mentioned.

I'm a child, I know.

...

So he's an agnostic theist?

>tfw found it

> Christians
> Can't form coherent strategy
> Easily fooled by kid tier ruses
> Humanists
> Created pretty elaborate plan
> Tries to target enemy weakness
Why would you side with Christianity in this battle?

>love and joy is evidence
LMAO

Divorce rates have actually been going down since the 80s.

Also Russian mail order brides divorce less because they are 100% dependent on their husband

>atheist presents an actual artifact to support his view
>theist has nothing but literal platitudes
>the artist thinks the theist won

Literally beyond parody.

Can anyone answer seriously, why couldn't you have a virtues without believe in God? I know the many believers who are pretty devoid of kindness, patience and such. How this is even supposed to work?

...

>Jesus makes atoms
my sides

Goes further than that, bucko.

>got a warning for posting this
>this guy doesn't
mods pls

>Humanism is considered an ideology opposed to religion

When did this happen? Is this a new meme? What would Mirandola think?
