Originally when I tried that on my old PC years ago I had to install it with some really shit disk mounter tool that gave me adware aids because Virtual Clone Drive didn't work with it for some reason. I had a much bigger stomach for boring harem shenanigans back then too and I still fucking nearly died reading all that lacrosse bullshit. I'm too autistic about not skipping anything and it's been long enough that I effectively remember nothing that matters. The awful pacing bullshit to genre switch is really off-putting and I still don't really understand how it works.

Kara no Shoujo 2 big spoilers ahead

I can't remember if you learn Touko was pregnant during the first one or it is revealed in the second one, either way, when Shinji kidnaps her she takes her innawoods and meets one of the childhood friends of the new MC who is a doctor, this guy has a cabin that he uses as a small hospital and that's where Touko gives birth.

Since she has no limbs anymore, the blood loss during childbirth kills her but the baby survives, the doctor ends up taking care of the baby since it's assumed he killed Shinji after learning he's the killer from the first one.

This guy has an aqcuaintance who is a Nurse working at the Takashiro hospital so he gives her the baby to take care of, since she works as a nurse she leaves the baby at a daycare where one of the teachers is the mother of one of Yukari's new classmates who is also one of the new heroines. That's why both Reiji and Yukari interact with the baby without knowing it's Reiji's.

At the end, the doctor guy flees because he has something to do with the new killer, I can't even remember what exactly because I might have alzheimer's and he takes the baby with him, they follow him up until the cabin in the woods where they find small improvised graves, they dig them up and find both Shinji and Touko's corpses, cue Reiji despairing and credits roll.

As I said, I forgot parts of it but I guess that's pretty much the big spoilers concerning Reiji. Aside from that, there's the new mystery that has a lot to do with new MC's hometown.
