Fishing for that butifel triss or Gigni is situational as fuck, you have 25% that dijkstra is a dead card if you don't get him in your starting hand.

That's White Frost, not Skellige Storm. I run it because it can buff Ice Giant and tutor out foglets. It's still pretty swappable, though.

Just make any other deck and include a Lacerate. You'll even get a slightly better card out of it

There are some bullshit interaction with Lock that CDPR need to fix.

First the fact that unlocking a unit doesn't give back Resilience or Weather immunity.

The second is maybe worse, if you lock a unit and then you give that unit resilience if you use lock again on it that unit will be unlocked and not losing Resilience.

It removes them, not just locks.
The only time you unlock is if you want ability of the card anyway

Yep, I was running old spear for a long time.

Now I pulled him out cause I want to run weather with 2 of those Griffon that make you select a card in the opponent Graveyard and put in yours.

Part of the reason is that I don't have caretaker and that I really like to have both Avalac'h and Ciri in weather. With the usual Carantir and Woodland.

I was thinking a version without foglet and Woodland to play Crones and Rider.

There is nothing uninteractive about resilience or weather immunity. You can use removal, scorch/epidemic effects, dbomb/mardrome on top of an unanswered lock.

I picked Villy because I don't know yet. So far he's terrible in my near starter tier NR set. But still fun to play. Once I get some more cards I'll bet he's pretty awesome.

there is a bug related to placing a resurrected unit on a board. card drops on board when turn timer runs out, while you can play other card/s.
keeps happening to me when using caretaker..

the thing is, they didnt define BATTLECRY mechanic properly.
that "get weather immunity on play" is a battlecry effect.

I really loved how stable my Radovid deck was before the patch.
Yencon dropped? To the dungeon. Need perfect setup for igni? No problem, thanks to ballistas and Myrgtabrakke. And then was enough room for whatever in bronze special slots.
Now it's all about fucking random trebuchets and pulling siege experts and taking every hit of yencon because you're never drawing that fucking shackle when you need it and you can't make more room for anything because you need your trebuchet support and enough traction to make your Foltest useful because you're a hipster who doesn't play Henselt meme deck.

I really do hate this shackle shit its annoying the hell out of me.
