After having my neurons forcefully fired I started thinking about this image and the person behind it. Thus far the only person to be largely against the notion (i.e. fact) that the Centurion Action X is the most aesthetic tank in game has been the dumb frogposter. Being a dumb frogposter with a hard on for french tanks I'd naturally assume he's french, but in actually he's just a burger LARPing as a frenchie. Therefore I must assume that he's also adopted the french's love for cuckoldry and by extension, being BLACKED.
∴ we can assume that the person who made that image and everyone who posts it is a cuckold who has a premium BLACKED subscription. We can also assume that anyone who likes french tanks and/or american tanks (because OP so wrongly claimed the M4A3E8 to be the most aesthetic) is a cuckold with a BLACKED membership.

They're not *skins* they're entirely new models with their own textures , so you can use them for any tank.
The issue is just finding them, a part of them are in Aslain's but milky keeps taking his workshop down for some reason.
Leo1 has a HD model and there you see milky's model on the Leo1.
