Has anyone ever done the match rating system? I forget it is their most of the time until I accidentally press a key or something. Does that mean Ubisoft keeps getting a result of 0 stars? I mean what is the point if the rating system? What are we judging?

I think the logic is that they wanted to give defense operators gadgets that would complement their primary gadgets. Giving Frost a nitro cell wouldn't make her bear traps catch any more people. Valkyrie's guns are quite bad and worse than Frost's guns, so they probably felt she needed a powerful gadget to take advantage of her cameras without encouraging hard roaming like impact grenades would.

The problem is this logic of "our intent trumps balance" is that it isn't logical when applied practically. Moreover, it's not consistent if you remove said gadget from one character because she's too powerful, but then leave it on the character you gave it to when she is undoubtedly one of, if not the best, character in the game.

Yeah they buffed her res range too (which i was alright with) but then they added the invincibility while casting res, as well as being invincible for 1-2 seconds after (so she can escape/not die). Fucking kaplan even said in a dev update video that they didnt want her dying so much when using res.
