Yes. Its "decent" XP/gp per hour at level 70+, and its a good break from fishing or whatever if you want to do if you are a bit busy with something else.

Blue Dragons aren't great, but they're probably more xp than Tzhaars and somewhere around 400-500k gold/hr.
Pretty boring though, sometimes frustrating, and there's frequently crashers.
