ENB should have no effect on your lods or textures appearing

While I was fucking with ENB, pretty sure I deleted a 'redundant' dirt texture that I still needed. User error, not ENB's fault.

Fucking how. When installing ENB, you shouldn't be even remotely close to the folders that your dirt textures are in.
