As for the DT and followers, I can tell you a little bit of what they do.

DT is your determination, or in other words, Alphys' courage. The higher the DT, the more Alphys will face off against monsters and other threats. Too many spooks and she will go low. When she is low on DT she will automatically run from monsters, forcing you to lose progress most likely.

Followers is probably a bad word for this feature, it's more or less characters you meet and their status from last time you saw them. FALLEN means they dead.
STABLE means they're healthy.
you can however, bring characters with you, but that also means risking their lives.

I always find it creepy when Papyrus gets drawn with "lips". I guess you can kind of get away with it with Sans because his skull's already deformed but Papyrus has a way more realistic-looking skull by comparison.

Coming back here made me realize why I'm so attracted to this girl I've met since my last visit. I guess I'm confused then, since I don't see why liking lewds would "corrupt" your view of the character. Every character has facets, and you can imagine how they'd act in lewd scenarios, but that doesn't get rid of the other aspects of their personality.

What if to force that character into a lewd situation of your choice you have to toss out some of their canon character traits because they wouldn't go for it otherwise

Don't necessarily see a problem. It's nice if you can stick 100% to canon but I don't think it's unreasonable to stretch things a bit for porn

you have to give yourself and the character in question some flexibility. it's not tossing the character traits out the window, just skewing it or giving it some believable suspension.

besides im sure they are not trying to make the character act completely ooc and doing completely unbelievable stuff, to the point that it is a completely different character.

if you're just having thoughts of it to please your self then do whatever man, nothing wrong with keepin it to yourself but it sounds like you have not lost sight of the canon character and realize that its slightly ooc and that is okay. i dont really know what character traits besides "innocent" would have to be tossed aside to make something close to believable lewds about someone.
i dont know if youre just trying to get down to earth lewd or youre imposing some kind of sick fucked up fetish on your character of choice but it does not really matter if you keep it to yourself to make yourself happy. and the fact that you are thinking about this topic at all makes you far better than a lot of people in this fandom.
