Sophia needs a brave tome that doesn't exist yet.
Donnel has pretty high stats but unless you like him there's likely a better blue that you like.
Effie is good when you're controlling her, I guess.
Shanna has some good stats, a bit low on Atk but not bad overall.
Cecilia is pretty damn good, especially with TA and/or a +Atk nature.
+Atk Setsuna is pretty amazing, she can quad easily with a brave bow too thanks to her speed.
Wrys ia probably the best baseline healer in the game but unless you're overflowing in feathers you should focus on something else.

The specials are largely irrelevant, though Rising/Growing Thunder will NEVER come out before everything is dead if you're using a blade tome, so get rid of it for pretty much anything else.

All you really need is Blarblade(not even+ is needed) and buffs of 12 or higher(i.e. Hone Cavalry) to be a legitimate threat. Anything beyond that is going to make things that much easier for you though.

Chrom & Lucina or Eliwood & Ninian.

Sakura is my second favorite healer, so honorable mention.
Hana is pretty good but likely way too fragile.
Adult Tiki is decent. Her younger version has a better spread and likely better baseline skills.
Corrin is amazing.
Jagen and Gunter only need 4* to pass their cavalry buffs, so you can hold onto them for now if you ever think you'd like a cavalry team.
Cherche and Nino are amazing. Even -Atk can work, although it is still a great disadvantage.
F Robin has good stats overall, same as neutral M Robin, but her baseline skills are pretty poor. Still if you want to invest a lot and she's one of your favorites, you can do much worse than her.

Left looks to be Camilla or Azura based on the hair length. I wouldn't rule out a Chrom + Camilla Easter event considering the opening itself showcases them together.

Life and Death fixes attack banes even with just one point in the thing, while more importantly boosting speed at the same time. -Atk Minerva still one shots squishy mages and doubles to death most non-reds aside from armors with L&D3 and a speed buff of some sort.
