Why does any general exist? Because people playing tera either want to talk to other people playing tera about tera or things they do in tera (this includes erp no matter how much you may/may not hate it)

If theres enough people discussing things then the general lives, once that runs out, the general dies, simple as that. This general has come close to dying a few times but as you can see when people are around there's still activity and discussion.
