Dragon fights in souls have always been on the HP sponge side. Midir is one of tha tanker ones though. At least he doesnt break your weapons like Sinh does.

I have hundreds of hours in Dark Souls 2, and personally I don't find Raime difficult. My point is that if we wanted to measure which boss the playerbase has the most difficulty with overall, then the data From gave us proves that it's Fume Knight.
