I never really put much thought into the Miyabi/Hikage thing. The easiest thing to say is that they are half sisters. I'm sure there is something more plausible, but only with circumstantial evidence.

I always saw Minori's pupils as candy. It represents the child and the innocent girls Minori is. Kafuru on the other hand tries to hide her childlike nature at times by being witty or sarcastic thereby making herself seem more like a child. You could also insert those two into the mutation theory as representing things that are gone or repressed.

From a LN adaptation standpoint S2 was definitely the best, followed by S1 and a giant powergap to S3.

Luckily S4 will be covering probably the best DxD volumes so it could easily be the best bar none if they don't fuck it up like S3.

There's your answer. I can bet the online for EV is a barren wasteland on Vita/PS4 (one was a crap port, the other has paid for online for an already niche game). EV PC is pretty much dead too.

The problem with multiplayer is that it's fucking terrible in terms of gameplay and balance. If anything, they should allow you to play co-op story mode.

SV online wasn't really that bad.
EV's balance is absolutely shit though.

In SV every single character had something that made them potentially good in the right hands but some characters just flat out suck in EV like Murakumo.
