Is there any item or way to do pushups/meditation in the game? (sims 4)

Also where do I find a phone, heating and overhead lighting in the building menu?

Pushups can be done anywhere as long as your Sim has an energized mood.
Meditation can be done if you have the Spa Day game pack which includes yoga.

Do pushups/situps even do anything in the game? Do they make you more fit? Or is it just a meme animation they put in the game just specifically for the energized mood

It does improve your athletic skill a bit when you do it so I assume it also counts toward your Sims' physique .

Has there been any attempts to fix the routing issues in Sims 3? Overwatch will reset sims, but that doesn't fix the underlying issue that sims shouldn't get stuck in walls in the first place. Something is just fucked with the way sims decide placement offsets, definitely during fast forward at least.

To my original question, I haven't looked into uncooking S3 stuff yet but I've done animation coding for a few other games. I'm guessing the routing code is about a mile long, but somewhere buried in it is the chunk that decides to offset sims into walls. If anyone has looked into this, some links would be cool.
