Just for fun, if you didn't already feel shitty enough, spending 100k jewels gives you 400 rolls, which puts your odds of getting Kanade at ~90.99%. Spending $1500 USD gives you around 150k jewels I believe. Which gives you 600 rolls, putting your odds of getting her at 97.3%. There's a better chance of getting an SSR off a single pull during CinFes than what happened to you.
Oh and your odds in future CinFes will be abysmal compared to this. You better pray they add some sort of CinFes scout ticket at some point.
