Generally you want Spd or Atk boon on every unit and HP/Def/Res bane.
If your unit is slow to begin with however, Spd becomes not as good (or even bad) boon and Atk is preferred.

I have both Tiki's but the Loli is -Atk +Def and the Lady is 4* and -HP +Atk.

Even with -Atk, Loli Tiki does a great job, but my team can't really deal with Merged Ranged units, and right now I only have Nowi to counter from range.

Should I promote Adult Tiki and give her Vantage/Quick Riposte so she can be a ranged counter killer? Or is she too slow for any B skill to save her.

Sadly, the Tower is the best way. I also use the arena when I can't improve my score, but that's because I didn't know it worked on 7th stratum, its more easy grind with non broken units
