I've got 50 hours, its my least played Total War game. Those 50 hours are also split between my younger brother and I.

I think its because I don't understand enough of the lore, I feel no attachment to any factions and can't set any goals that a faction may have achieved in the lore. For me they're just factions that fight in different ways and look interesting.

In the history TW games I can play all the different factions from their own historical POV and try and achieve their goals or try and achieve each nations peak in history or surpass it.

Tomb Kings are in Warhammer 2.

Lets try to have a reasonable discussion about what we find worrisome as of right now in regards to the New Game

For a campaign said to be spanning 4 different continents, with 2 factions specializing in naval superiority, and a mega campaign that will have a big ocean separating the 2 continents, not having naval combat is disappointing. Whether you liked it in past iterations or not, the WH setting definitely has potential for unique naval battles with all the variety there could be between factions on the seas

This could either go really well or really badly imo. CA has said you can still og sandbox however, but it remains to be seen how this will effect the typical campaign experience

We still don't have much to go off of in regards to this, however it appears that CA is still in the process of trying to build this, seeing as how they plan on releasing it after the launch of the 2nd game. The fate of the trilogy lies in this if you ask me - if CA buggers the implementation of this (delayed, shallow campaign, low quality) it will ruin alot of the hype for the 3rd expansion, as I'm sure most of the fans of TWW won't be satisfied with self contained campaigns, where the only major old world vs new world action will take place in mp
