How do I get to the Abanonded Factory Memo using Chapter Select? I can't seem to get to the room, I know it's in the same room as the Engine Blade, but leaving the Chapter and selecting the Chapter you can get there in ends the side quest.

Yes. Although that quest doesn't require you to get that item. Picking up one specific old world info completed it right on the spot. You still get 1000g per any other data you turn in to Pascal though.

It's the only side quest I don't have completed and I've handed in 15 or so bits of old world information, out of 28. You need them all.

Nah you don't. You'll know exactly which item you need to complete the quest once you pick it up. On my first playthru I had completed like 14 of them before picking that one up and on my second playthru I had completed 2 or 3 before picking that up.
