No it doesn't. Utilitarianism justifies a society based on producing drugs so one can be in a happy state 24/7, even when working to produce more drugs. Anything other than that represents an opportunity cost of suffering and loss of happiness for someone somewhere.

Gangrape usually produces fleeting pleasures for the rapists and long term suffering for the victim. So it's only justifiable if the rapists are really numerous.

For example if the gang masturbate instead of raping, they still get some pleasure without creating pain and that's probably better.

If no one finds out about a crime then it doesn't really matter whether it's right or wrong regardless of your moral framework.
