She's probably the best support to solo heal with, you just need more experience on who to prioritize, and of course, aiming.

She's ok as is, her usefullness is directly proportional to the player's skill level, if you're trash, even torb's turret is more useful than her.
She's a fucking nightmare to deal with if she consistently hit heads.

Usually, but you can jump, zoom, and shoot for hitscan aiming. It's useful when there's a Pharah, or Genji jumping around at 1 HP 300ft away, and you don't want to miss.

Summer games specifically

Try not to zoom in on allies, their hitbox is 2x larger for healing. Zoom at fast moving stuff, distant stuff and enemies.

A good Pharah is terrifying and annoying as all hell. A bad Pharah is laughably bad. I love strifing left and right while constantly spamming "Hi" at them. They get so angry that they actually get close enough for me to drain them
