Don't bother with trade good voyages until the last or second last region. If you unlock a new region when you haven't unlocked everything from a previous region focus on the recently unlocked region until you start getting the more difficult missions.
Do scroll voyages whenever they appear as they scale with your last unlocked region.

Focus on getting better gear.

Overload, as long as you have a set of T70 then you are fine for quite a while. Having overload opens up the end game. Armor really isn't "that" important to weapon and lance is good enough for almost everything.

Nex is fine for most stuff but malevolent is worthwhile for melee rax/gwd2 since it's pretty cheap
